Who's In The Club?

Advertising | Community | CultureAfter years of working on health care business, I continue to be struck by how behind the times that community is when relating to the people who are the decision-makers for 70% of their revenue, women. Sometimes, I explain to clients that micro-segementation is the search for "clubs" on the Internet, especially those clubs that confer equity points for word-of-mouth recommendations.
